Donna Maxwell is a Framingham artist who most recently retired from teaching art in the Framingham Public Schools.  A lifelong love of art and hand crafting set Donna on a creative path which included careers with The National Park Service and  Museum Education.  

Sewing has been a favorite activity since childhood and Donna has found many outlets for this creative pursuit.

Donna is very happy that her warm wool mittens made from cozy sweaters are available at 5 Crows.  She feels that her choice of patterns, colors and textures combined with her uncompromising quality of craftsmanship result in mittens to treasure.  

Donna takes much pleasure in creating finely made items that make people happy.  When she's not sewing you can find Donna enjoying the great outdoors!
