Doug lives and works in Somerville, Massachusetts. His work is inspired by the human form and nature. Made of high fire (cone 10) porcelain, Doug enjoys wheel-throwing pots in repetitive series. Better designs and functionality are constantly being challenged and sought after in his work. In this way, his pieces are always evolving.

Doug's work is microwaveable, food safe and dishwasher safe.​
