Silk Scarves

Maria is a life long resident of Massachusetts. She graduated from Massachusetts College of Art with a BFA in photography, which has guided her sense of composition, but her true passion is for fiber and color.

Maria 's work is ever evolving as she moves from hand painted silk to more complex "collage" scarves using a variety of hand dyed textured fabrics and embellishments.

Maria resides in Ayer, MA with her husband and two sons.
