Marie grew up in Connecticut with 3 brothers, a mom who taught her to sew and a dad who loved woodworking.  Her passion for creating art has remained a constant in her life since childhood.

After many years designing jackets, Marie felt a pull to do something different.  She took a few jewelry classes and fell in love with the detailed work and endless possibilities of metals and colors.

Marie works with silver, copper and brass, adding gemstones, pearls and glass to her designs.  Her jewelry is finely crafted and has a delicate quality that is easy to wear for any occasion.

Marie is influenced by her love of simplicity, color and peace.

Recently Marie added a line of work using recycled leather including catchalls, bracelets and bookmarks.

Marie is one of the owner/artists of Five Crows Gallery and loves being surrounded by all the beautiful local artwork.
